What is a CSA Challenge? It's a challenge I decided to give to myself when I joined a fantastic CSA in my area. With veggies from Space Twins Provisions, bread from White Lotus Farm & Inn, meat from the Crooked Shepard Meats and flowers from Space Lotus, a joint venture between Space Twins and White Lotus.
Each week I take what I get from the CSA and make a meal with it!
The rules are simple:
Use the meat
Use at least 3 other items from the CSA
Try something new
That's it!
I've done five challenges thus far when friends asked me to start posting the recipes after sharing images!
